By accessing or using the Satellite Hills Ward website at satellitehillsward.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This website is operated as a community resource to serve the members and friends of Satellite Hills Ward, a local congregation in Sparks, Nevada. The Site and its messaging system are operated and maintained by ZXQS Inc. on behalf of the ward.

This is not an official website of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. For the official Church website, visit churchofjesuschrist.org.

You may submit a form on this Site if you are 18 years of age or older, or if you are the parent or legal guardian of the person being signed up.

Anyone under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who provides consent on the child's behalf. Please do not submit another adult's phone number or email address without that person's permission.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site without permission
• Impersonate any person, ward leader, or organization
• Submit another person's contact information without their permission
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, offensive, or harassing

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

By submitting your mobile phone number and email address and opting in, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages and emails from Satellite Hills Ward, sent through ZXQS Inc., including announcements, event reminders, and emergency alerts for the groups you select.

This is a one-way announcement system, not a group chat. Messages go from ward leaders to the groups you chose.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. You may opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any email. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Opt-in information is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

We work to keep the information on this Site current and accurate, including meeting times, announcements, and event details. Even so, we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date at every moment. Schedules, times, and locations change.
